Victim of gang violence speaks at Seaside Town Hall

The victim of a gang attack that left him in a wheelchair spoke Monday night at a town hall meeting in Seaside.

Jose Robles, 41, was shot on Judson Street in March while talking to a young adult about some paint he needed. Police said the young man Robles was speaking with is affiliated with gangs, which he didn’t know at the time.

He said all he heard was five shots and he immediately fell to the ground.

Police said they don’t have a suspect and they’re still asking the public to come forward with information.

Seaside Police say Robles case is an example of gang violence at its worst.
