Missing Prunedale woman found by good samaritan
Monterey County Sheriff deputies say the woman missing from Prunedale was found in San Francisco Monday.
Claudia Giron, also known as Yuri, disappeared last Sunday and her family filed a missing person report Tuesday after they found out she may have gotten a ride from someone offering her a job in Oakland.
The 22-year-old is developmentally disabled and her family was worried she may be in harms way.
Giron was found by a good Samaritan in a hotel room in San Francisco. Police found Giron and brought her to the station until her family could pick her up. She is said to be at home resting in Prunedale.
