Santa Cruz police field 837 calls for service over weekend

3 tonight — we’re learning more about a very busy weekend for santa cruz police. officers responded to 8 hundred and 37 calls for service! among them.. the following three: 3 first — a call for the burglary of “santa cruz floral” on ocean street early saturday morning. police say they responded around 3 fifteen a-m.. to find this. 3 not far off were these four! thanks to a tip, they found this car at a nearby gas station — filling up before getting out of town! all four of them, apparently in town for a party, were arrested on multiple charges. 3
