Santa Cruz County deputies investigating Felton burglary
Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s deputies are investigating a Wednesday night residential burglary in Felton.
According to Sgt. Patrick Dimick, an unknown suspect entered a Redwood Drive residence around 9:15 p.m. and contacted a two-year-old girl in her crib.
The child alerted her mother of the intruder and the suspect fled. The child was unharmed.
Deputies and detectives are continuing to investigate. Residents in the area are advised to be on the lookout for suspicious individuals and vehicles, and anyone with additional information should call 471-1121.
