Police respond to a disturbance at Marina residence
At 5:15 p.m. Saturday, Marina police say they responded to a disturbance on the 3000 block of Seacrest Avenue.
The responding officer originally reported it as shots fired, but now police are calling it a disturbance according to police.
Police say one suspect is in custody and a gun was recovered from the residence.
Right now there are no reports of a victim or injuries.
