Salinas Liquor Store Robbed, Suspects Shoot at Clerk

Salinas police responded to the Quick Stop liquor store on Williams Road late Monday night after two robbers shot at the night clerk and demanded money.

Police say one of the suspects even jumped over the counter to double check that the victim was giving them all the money in the register.

While the other suspect started to shoot several rounds into the ceiling before firing in the direction of the clerk.

If anyone has information in regards to this investigation they are urged to call Salinas police immediately.
