Salinas Fire Destroys House; Woman Escapes With Minor Injuries

Salinas fire crews were busy tackling a house fire Tuesday night after it took out one woman’s home.

Thanks to a working fire alarm, she managed to scape with only minor injuries. This all went down on California Street and Alisal around 7:00 p.m. Right now fire crews say the cause of the fire is still under investigation, but the house is said to be a complete loss.
