Stewart’s hiring marks the dawn of a new era for Monterey Bay F.C.
SEASIDE, Calif. (KION) - It's no small task to take the reigns of a team midseason, but Jordan Stewart is up for the challenge.
The newly-appointed head coach has his sights set on the postseason, as Monterey Bay F.C. looks to make its first-ever playoff appearance. The Crisp and Kelp currently hold the final spot in the Western Conference, but the side is in a position to make a jump in the standings.
Stewart is slated to make his managerial debut against Birmingham Legion.
Ahead of the pivotal match, Sports Director Maxwell Glenn sat down with Stewart, talking about his transition to head coach.
