Pet of the Week: Meet Jordy!
Meet Jordy! This little 8-month old kitten came to Animal Friends Pet Project from Hitchcock Road Animal Services where he was playing a little too rough for a shelter environment.
Jordy loves to get the zoomies, oftentimes "revving" up his purrs right before take off. He loves to play fetch and carry his fuzzy ball all around. If you're eating, prepare for Jordy to be right on your lap waiting to get a bite of whatever he can (he will absolutely try to grab your spoon). When he's not on the hunt for a snack, you can find Jordy snoozing hard, or sunbathing by a window. He's pretty adaptive to new environments!
Jordy would do well in a home with cat-savvy dogs but please be mindful that he can be feisty at first, so proper introductions will be required. Jordy's preferred family is adult adopters, or families with older children as he can be more independent.

You can also go to a Barks and Brews scheduled on April 20, from 1PM-4PM at Fieldwork Brewing Company in Monterey or a Meet and Greet set for April 28 from 11AM-2PM at Pet Food Express in Carmel.
