Pet of the Week: Charli and Chelsea

CENTRAL COAST, Calif. (KION)- Charli and Chelsea are 10-week-old chow mix puppies. Tony with South County Animal Rescue says both are social and adventurous. When they're adults they are expected to weigh about 20 to 35 lbs.
