San Benito County supervisors host virtual town hall to discuss business resources

SAN BENITO COUNTY, Calif. (KION) San Benito County supervisors Jim Gillio and Peter Hernandez are hosted a virtual town hall Friday afternoon.

The town hall was expected to include an update on COVID-19 in the county and resources for local businesses.

Some of the speakers included Congressman Jimmy Panetta and Senator Anna Caballero.

They planned to discuss the county's health order, essential business, social distancing guidelines, face coverings, price gouging, enforcing the shelter in place, construction industry guidelines, plans for economic recovery and more.
