Governor Newsom provides update on California’s response to COVID-19

(KION) California Governor Gavin Newsom provided an update on the state's response to COVID-19 Thursday.

According to the California Department of Public Health, there were more than 35,000 confirmed cases in the state as of April 21. There were 1,354 reported deaths.
