Two more coronavirus cases in Santa Cruz County brings total to 9

SANTA CRUZ COUNTY, Calif. (KION) There are nine confirmed cases of coronavirus in Santa Cruz County as of Monday afternoon, according to the county's Health Services Agency. As of Thursday, there were seven confirmed cases.

The agency did not give any details about the new cases, but said it is working with healthcare providers, hospitals and community partners to address the pandemic.

The county said it is working to identify what is needed to treat patients and limit spread, but it is also reviewing pandemic preparedness plans.
