CHP says East Cliff Drive reopens in Santa Cruz

CAPITOLA, Calif. (KION-TV) -- Following a road closure issued on Monday, CHP says that they've now reopened a portion of East Cliff Drive between 26th Avenue and Palisades Avenue.

The area had been closed Monday due to significant flooding.

Many areas in Capitola experienced flooding, and officials are still urging people to stay away from the water.
