Multi-million dollar Capitola Venetian for sale–first time in 50 years

CAPITOLA, Calif. (KION-TV) -- One of Capitola's most iconic and vibrant coastal homes is up for sale, a transaction available for the first time in 50 years.

The Venetian Court in Capitola Village is selling its bright blue unit number 12. That home sits on the corner of the property closest to the river mouth. The single-family home was built in 1930 and has five bedrooms with two bathrooms. It is 1,926 square feet.

It is currently available for $5,450,000 on Zillow and is listed as one of HGTV's "Zillow Gone Wild" homes.
