Correction: Greece-Albania-Parliament Election story

ATHENS, Greece (AP) — In a story published April 16, 2024, about a candidate for the European Parliament, The Associated Press mistakenly reported that an Albanian politician attended an event in Athens at which his name was announced as a Greek candidate for the June 9 election. Beleris remains in prison in Albania and was represented at the Athens event by members of his family.
