Pet of the Week: Meet Redd!
Meet 1 year old Redd! Redd came to Animal Friends Rescue Project from Hitchcock Road Animal Services after being consistently overlooked. During his long-term stay there, he quickly became a staff favorite pup and we can see why! He's very people-oriented and loves all the extra attention his smiles attract!
He's an affectionate dog that is happy to give you nuzzles and kisses as a greeting. This handsome, smart boy would do best in an active home, especially with a buddy his size to play with!
Redd would prefer to have someone at home with him throughout the day who is also willing to continue his training and socialization. He has done well with cats, but will need to be introduced slowly over time to ensure both pets are comfortable! The staff at HRAS say he has come a long way since they first met, from being shy to a confident, more active pup!
Redd is currently in foster care. Meet and greets can be arranged once your online application has been approved. Visit www.animalfriendsrescue.org for our online dog application. Pre-registration for general obedience classes is a requirement for adoption.
