At least one person dead in crash on Highway 101 and Spence Road

MONTEREY COUNTY, Calif. (KION-TV)- At least one person is dead on Monday after they were involved in a crash on northbound Highway 101 and Spence Road.

The crash happened just after 9:15 a.m. Our reporter at the scene confirmed that one person has died in the crash.

The California Highway Patrol did confirm that a deadly crash took place on the road but could not release any additional details regarding the crash at this time.
