David DePape convicted on charges from attacking Nancy Pelosi’s husband

SAN FRANCISCO - A jury has convicted the man who broke into the San Francisco home of Nancy Pelosi and attacked her husband with a hammer.

David DePape, 43, was charged with attempted kidnapping of a federal official and assault on the immediate family member of a federal official in the Oct. 28, 2022, attack against Paul Pelosi.

The jury began deliberating on Wednesday.
