Clarification: Mideast-US Air Force story

ABU DHABI, United Arab Emirates (AP) — In a story published Sept. 21, 2023, The Associated Press reported on comments from a top U.S. Air Force official about tense encounters in the air between Russian and American forces. The story should have made clear that an incident involving a Russian pilot using flares and fuel to try to set a drone on fire happened in the Black Sea.
