Highway 1 reopened at Monastery Beach after flooding
CARMEL Calif. (KION-TV)- Caltrans said parts of Highway 1 are reopened after early morning flooding.
Monastery Beach and Point Lobos in Carmel were closed due to waves reaching the roadway.
