Flash flood warning issued for Monterey County

MONTEREY COUNTY, Calif. (KION-TV)- The National Weather Service announced a flash flood warning for Monterey County until 5 p.m. Saturday.

Potentially 239 people are at risk of suffering some flood exposure. People along the River Fire burn scar should prepare.
