Crash outside Northridge Mall sends 5 to hospital

Five people have been transported to the hospital after a three car crash in front of the Northridge Mall, according to the Salinas Police Department.

The crash happened near the intersection of North Main Street and Harden Parkway right around noon.

The victims were a variety of ages, although police say a couple were children.

All are reported to be in stable condition.

The cause of the crash is still unknown.
