Salinas Police: Woman arrested for having drugs, cash and loaded handguns
Salinas police said they arrested a woman after she was found with drugs, cash and loaded handguns.
The Violence Suppression Task Force and patrol officers conducted a traffic stop near North Main Street and Market Street. The driver of the car was 23-year-old Amalia Rincon.
While searching Rincon’s vehicle, officers said they found mushrooms, concentrated cannabis for sales, a large amount of cash and two loaded handguns. One of the guns had the serial number scratched off and the other was not registered in California.
Rincon was booked into the Monterey County Jail on drug and weapons charges.
