Crews fighting fire at abandoned Fort Ord building in Marina
Marina Fire Department crews are fighting a fire at an abandoned Fort Ord two-story building in Marina.
It’s burning near 8th Street and several firefighters are on scene.
Marina Fire Department Duty Chief Glen Sales told KION the fire started around 3:45 p.m. Sunday afternoon. The fire has now been contained to one building.
No word on the cause of the fire.
