President Trump holds press conference in White House Rose Garden

President Donald Trump addressed reporters Wednesday morning at the White House Rose Garden ahead of a meeting with Democratic leaders to discuss a potential infrastructure deal.

The President’s remarks focused on the special counsel’s Russia Investigation, saying again that there was no collusion or obstruction. He called the probe into the White House a “takedown attempt of the President of the United States” and blamed news media for what he called dishonest reporting on the Russia investigation.

President Trump will soon be meeting with leaders to discuss that potenial infrastructure deal, which would total $2 trillion.
