Woman caught on camera trying to kidnap a child from a Los Angeles McDonald’s

Police have arrested a woman who tried to kidnap a 4-year-old child from a McDonald’s in South Los Angeles.

Maralyn Ramos, 33, allegedly went into the restaurant Tuesday afternoon, picked up the boy and carried him outside. The attempted kidnapping was caught on surveillance video.

Police say Ramos was stopped in the parking lot by a witness and left the area.

This is not the only time police say this has happened. They believe she tried to kidnap another 4-year-old Wednesday but again was stopped by a witness.

Ramos was arrested Wednesday night in downtown Los Angeles. She’s facing suspicion of kidnapping at attempted charges.
