Pacific Grove police host Shred Day for Seniors event
Pacific Grove police with the help of Same Day Shred will be hosting a Shred Day for Seniors event Thursday afternoon.
Police say it’s a time to dispose of documents with personal information to prevent fraud and identity theft. The event will also include Coffee with a Cop and a presentation on avoiding scams.
The free event is happening from 1 to 5 p.m. at the Sally Griffin Senior Center on Jewell Avenue. There is a limit of two bankers boxes or bags per person.
