Correction: Philanthropy-United Way story

ALEXANDRIA, Va. (AP) — In a story published August 29, 2022, about United Way Worldwide, The Associated Press erroneously reported that three former United Way Worldwide employees told The Associated Press that a law firm hired by the organization did not contact them during the course of its investigation into allegations of sexual bias and harassment. The former employees spoke to The Chronicle of Philanthropy, not The Associated Press.
