Monterey County Boys & Girls Club awarded grant towards anti bullying program

The Monterey County Boys & Girls Club was awarded $14,000 towards an antibullying program for kids.

The program is called My Future. Members of the program are provided a safe, fun digitial platform to showcase their work. It’s a space where kids can interact with each other – free from the prospect of cyberbullying – and share their accomplishments locally and nationally.

The Comcast Foundation provided the grant in Salinas on Jan. 26.
