Massage parlor employees arrested for prostitution in Salinas

Three people were arrested after reportedly offering undercover cops sex for money.

The Salinas Police Department conducted an undercover sting operation on three massage businesses Wednesday.

An undercover officer went to Ruby’s Massage Therapy at 14 Maple Street and said it became evident that services included more than just the standard massage.

48-year-old Zhen Liu was arrested for agreeing to participate in a sex act for money.

An undercover officer visited Sapphire Massage on N. Main Street and arrested 43-year-old Yjng Tang after she aggreed to participate in sex acts for money.

33-year-old Jie Wan was arrested at Heavenly Touch Massage after she too agreed to have sex with an undercover Salinas police officer.

The department said code enforcement will be getting involved to revoke business licenses and or hand out fines.
