Marina Police arrest Salinas man with concealed gun
Marina Police arrested a Salinas man after finding him with a concealed gun.
Officers did a traffic stop Thursday morning while Alberto Ibarra Penilla was driving.
They found out that Penilla was on probation and during a search found a concealed and loaded gun.
Penilla was arrested and booked into the Monterey County jail for gun possession and probation violation.
