Gang members busted in Salinas and Castroville

Seven gang members are behind bars after being caught with drugs and guns during probation checks.

According to Salinas Police, the gang members were arrested on Tuesday, December 4, 2018.

Members of the Salinas Violence Suppression Task Force, HSI, Probation, CHP and USMS conducted probation compliance checks in Salinas and Castroville.

They found methamphetamine, heroin, and a loaded handgun.
