Highway 1 closed north of Pfeiffer State Park after vehicle versus pole

BIG SUR, Calif. (KION-TV)- Caltrans said that Highway 1 just north of Pfeiffer Big Sur State Park is closed after a vehicle hit a pole.

The pole is blocking both lanes, and there are live wires.

The time for reopening is currently unknown.
