Salinas Police searching for attempted homicide suspects
Salinas Police need the public’s help identifying several men wanted for attempted homicides in the city.
According to police, the men are wanted for two separate attempted homicides on August 20, 2018.
The first happened on East Bolivar Street at 6:57 p.m. Police said two men shot at a car with three people inside. The four suspects then ran off. As they left, two men stopped a passing driver and tried to take his car.
The men then drove to Heather Drive and Iris Drive and shot at two more people. One person was hit, but is expected to survive.
Two of the suspects have been identified as 27-year-old Francisco Garcia and 22-year-old Sergio Rodriguez. Both are in custody.
Salinas Police still need your help identifying two men.
Police also need information on any other victims or locations where the suspects may have been on August 20th.
