Two people caught with stolen car in King City
Two people were arrested in King City after being caught in a stolen car.
According to King City Police, officers saw a suspicious gray Honda parked in the 900 block of First Street on Monday, September 3rd. Officers ran the license plate and it came back as stolen out of Merced County.
Two people inside the car identified as 27-year-old Mariah Dennison and 26-year-old Ernesto Barrios both of Merced, were taken into custody.
Dennison and Barrios were booked into the Monterey County Jail.
Police said Barrios also had a misdemeanor warrant for possession of dangerous drugs issued out of the Merced County Superior Court.
