No injuries in Southern California train derail
UPDATE: 8/21/2018 10:40 a.m. Authorities say no injuries have been reported at the scene of a freight train derailment in Southern California.
The San Bernardino County Fire Department says 13 tank cars went off the rails Tuesday morning on the south side of Cajon Pass.
The department says at least two of the tankers are leaking but efforts are still underway to identify what product the train was carrying.

A freight train has derailed near Southern California’s Cajon (kuh-HOHN) Pass.
The San Bernardino County Fire Department tweets that 13 tank cars containing an unknown material went off the tracks Tuesday morning and at least two are leaking.
The department says surrounding buildings are being evacuated as a precaution, along with transients in an adjacent riverbed.
The location is near the northwest corner of the city of San Bernardino at the foot of the southern side of Cajon Pass, which carries rail and highway traffic over mountains about 60 miles (96 kilometers) east of Los Angeles.
