Grass fire burning on hillside near Seascape Resort

A small grass fire is burning near Seascape Resort on a hillside near the beach area. Officials with Santa Cruz County Fire say it most likely was caused by fireworks.

Fire crews are on scene. There is no word on the size or containment.

Officials say the fire is not near any buildings. No evacuations have been reported.
