One dead after early morning Salinas car crash
CHP is investigating a crash that killed one person early this morning.
It happened near San Juan Grade Road and Augusta Drive just before 2 a.m.
The car went off the road and hit a tree, but no other cars were involved.
The driver died on the scene.
The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
