SPCA seeks owner of stray horse found in Aromas
The SPCA for Monterey County is seeking the owner of a horse found loose in Aromas Monday.
According to the SPCA for Monterey County, the horse is a young roan stallion, found on Salinas Road near Hayes Road. He was first reported near Vega Road and Lewis Road, a location over a mile away.
