Girl surprises Salinas Police with donuts on National Donut Day
Today is National Donut Day and one little girl is trying to show her appreciation to Salinas Police.
5-year-old Theresa Ann is actually from Las Vegas, but is in Salinas visiting her Nana.
Today she went to the Salinas Police Department dressed as a cop, to deliver two dozen donuts to officers for national donut day.
Her Dad says she has also raised money from lemonade stands and walks in memory of officers lost, and that she wants to be a cop when she grows up.
