Man arrested after being caught with assault weapons in Capitola home
10 guns are off the streets and a man behind bars after the Gang Enforcement Team served a search warrant at a Capitola home.
The Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office said members of the Gang Enforcement Team served the search warrant at a home on 48th Avenue on Monday, May 14th.
43-year-old Seth Niles was arrested for possession of assault weapons, manufacturing and distributing assault weapons and conspiracy.
Deputies found a total of 10 guns at the home including several illegal assault weapons in the process of being built. Tools and firearm parts used to build assault weapons were also found.
