Santa Cruz felon arrested for having burglary tools and pepper spray

One Santa Cruz felon was arrested after Santa Cruz Deputies found a variety of items on him.

A Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office Deputy found several people including David Giambruno behind King’s Paint.

Officials say Giambruno happened to be on probation for robbery and had search terms. When he was searched, Deputy McClure found pepper spray and burglary tools.

Giambruno was arrested and booked into the County Jail for being a felon in possession of pepper spray and burglary tools.
