Marina massage parlor owner arrested after soliciting prostitution

A Marina business owner was arrested after an undercover investigation found her guilty of solicitation for prostitution.

Wednesday, Marina Police Department conducted an undercover investigative operation at the Marina Massage Parlor at206 Carmel Avenue.

Undercover officers were solicited for sex acts at the business. The owner of the business, 57-year-old Young Choi was arrested for solicitation for prostitution and for operating a business where prostitution occurs.

Choi was issued a citation for the offenses and released. In addition, the business was found to be in violation of the operating requirements set fourth for massage establishments.
