Greenfield police searching for man who tried to kidnap young girl

Greenfield Police are looking for a man who tried to kidnap a nine-year-old girl.

According to police, it happened on the 200 block of San Antonio Drive on Thursday, February 15th.

The girl was walking home from school when a man driving a blue truck pulled up next to her and told her to get in the truck. The girl refused and took off.

The suspect is described as having short cropped gray hair, blue eyes, unshaven, freckles with a light complexion.
