Bonny Doon man arrested for Child Pornography
A Bonny Doon resident was taken into custody for possessing and sending child pornography over the internet.
According to the Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office, in September detectives gathered evidence showing 31-year-old Neil Abell had child pornography images and obtained an arrest warrant.
On Tuesday, January 9, deputies spotted Abell in the 3000 block of Warnella Road in Davenport and arrested him.
Abell was under arrest for Possession of Child Pornography, and Duplicating Child Pornography.
Abell was booked into the Santa Cruz County Jail with a bail amount of $25,000.
