Caught on Camera: Southern California Explosion

An open gas structure fire from a ruptured line occurred early Tuesday morning in Montecito, CA. This incident affected one structure.

Resident Eric Trautwein captured what he believed was an explosion on security footage. Trautwein shared the video on Twitter.
