Salinas Fire Department extinguish mattress fire

SALINAS, Calif. (KION-TV)-- The Salinas Fire Department responded to a two-story townhouse near Sanborn Road for reports of a mattress on fire.

The fire was extinguished within minutes as firefighters were in the area.

No damage to the building was reported but a man was treated for smoke inhalation.
