Pinto Lake County Park gets major improvements

The County of Santa Cruz unveiled new equipment at Pinto Lake County Park.

Tuesday, county officials held a ribbon cutting with Allstate and celebrated the soccer upgrades donated to the county in conjunction with the biennial 2017 CONCACAF Gold Cup.

The donation includes a visit from the CONCACAF Gold Cup trophy. The event featured the County, Allstate, and the Aztecas Youth Soccer Academy. The clinic included renowned goalkeepers Adolfo Rios and Brad Friedel.

Pinto Lake Parks upgrades include, new bleachers, goals, covered benches, flags and nets.
