The Santa Cruz District Attorney's office said there are currently three victims and potentially more out there.

Velasco is scheduled for arraignment Tuesday at 8:15 a.m. and faces charges on two assaults with intent to rape, four counts of sexual battery, three counts of communication with a minor, two counts of oral copulation of a minor and one count of contributing to delinquency of a minor.

The Santa Cruz District Attorney's Office said that Velasco was an employee of Erik's DeliCafé for the past four years.

The DA's office stressed this information was necessary to release due to fear of more potential victims.

KION contacted the deli who confirmed with us that Velasco is no longer an employee.

The charges are listed from December 2020 to April 2021.

Velasco is currently out on bond for a $200,000 bail until his next scheduled court appearance.

A motion will be filed to try and keep Velasco in jail depending on what the judge decides.

Detectives believe there are additional victims and are asking anyone with information to contact Sergeant Zach West at 831-454-7645.
